Chef Gi has been preparing Asian cuisine in her own restaurants for over 20 years. Now at Thai Landing in Hudsonville, Chef Gi continues her mission of introducing Thai food to the Grand Rapids area and beyond.
Her signature creations include Famous Egg Drop Soup, Lemongrass Curry Bun Bowl, Green Curry Burrito, and house-made desserts such as homemade coconut pie made from scratch with real young coconut meat, Thai donuts, and bread pudding.
